Dear quest68. thank you for writing to dLife with your question regarding nerve damage and the shape of the penis. I think the nerve damage only affect the ability to have an erection. I do not think it results in a mishapen penis. If you think your penis is changing shapes, I would recommend discussing this with your doctor. You may need a referral to a urologist or other specialist.
