Symptoms of neuropathy include erectile dysfunction. Neuropathy in diabetes increases with time. The longer the nerve has been damaged, more likely the damage becomes and remains permanent.

The best way to prevent neuropathy is to maintain blood glucose (sugar) levels within target range. This will help protect the nerves.

Cymbalta may affect blood glucose levels among some people with diabetes. Each person reacts differently.

Discuss your concerns with your doctor. There may be treatment options available. Let your doctor know all the medicines you are taking.

Why after the many years of diabetes, insulin dependent, that there is NO generic insulin? Type 1 - insulin is mandatory, but toooo expensive.
