Hello,

Thanks for asking dLife.

The scientific basis of this product is the result of a single weight reduction study based on the sense of smell. The scented crystals are supposed to promote the feeling of fullness.

I am unable to locate the study in any published peer-reviewed scientific or medical journal.

Ingredients:

  • Maltodextrin is a short chain starch, often used as a food additive.

  • Tricalcium phosphate is used in powdered spices as an anti-caking agent.

  • Silica is sand.

Questions relating to the product safety and effectiveness remain. Does this temporary change in appetite have any negative short-term or long-lasting effects?

This research strategy does not teach people how to eat more healthfully to achieve and maintain weight loss.

    Take care.
