Dear Dregger- Thank-you for contacting dLife.com. I would not treat these callus looking bumps under your foot unless they are first seen by a podiatrist or your MD. Foot care is one of the most important things a diabetic must address. Keeping the feet clean and dry and well protected are vital. Do not try to pumice or pop any foot bumps yourself.

Any work on feet must be done by a podiatrist and feet should be examined every day. You have done a great job identifying that you have these. The very next step is to have a MD look at them.

Stay well and stay self managed.
