"i have type 2 diabetes along with lumbar spinal stenosis and severe arthritis in my back what i want to know is what kind of exercise can i do"

i used to walk all over the place now i am luck i can walk from my front door to my car help please thanks 47carol

Hello 47carol
Swimming! This is great for stregnth and endurance and will really burn the calories. You will not feel stress on your back or joints if you start slowly and build up your tolerance.

Look into the local YMCAs in your area. They usually have great pools and sometimes have diabetic classes too. Good luck!
