"My last nonfasting reading was 90, but my morning fasting reading is always between 100-109. Should I be concerned or should I just relax?"

Yes to being concerned and relax! Fasting blood sugar 100-125 is considered pre-diabetes range. Healthy food choices, proper portions & daily activity are your greatest weapons against diabetes along with maintaining a reasonable weight - which your BMI suggests you are. Stress can make your blood sugars increase so relaxation is part of the plan also. At this point - keep doing all the right things and just monitor (fasting and 2 hours after your biggest meal) for changes that may necessitate medications. Being proactive in your health is to be commended - thanks for making dLife part of your health care team.
