"Pre-Diabetes and is on a Low Oxcalate diet due to kidney stones. I'm stumped on what meals I can make my husband. Do you know of any cook books?"

Hello,

Thanks for asking dLife.

Some people have kidney stones made out of calcium oxalate. For these people, cutting back on foods high in oxalate and sodium (salt) may be beneficial. Drinking plenty (at least 8-13 cups per day) of water might keep the stones from forming.
