Hello,

Thanks for asking dLife.

Waist circumference is one of several risk factors associated with heart disease.

It appears that you are already taking steps to reduce your risk. A healthful meal and exercise plan, along with good blood glucose control can help reduce heart disease.

There is no simple fix for reducing waist size. Regular physical activity and reduced calorie intake are the safest, as well as most effective and sustaining method for reducing waist size.
