"My 14 yr old son was diagnosised w/ T1D a month ago. Recently has had stomache cramps. Is this related to diabetes??"

The hospital said that he had been 600 or more for the last 3 months. He tends to not want to eat until he is down to 70-90. He never has been a big eater and is kind of picky too.

High blood sugars can cause a variety of symptoms, among them are stomach aches and nausea. I hope he is doing well now.
