Dear bird mo, PAD (peripheral Artery Disease) is a condition that means you have poor leg circulation. Having pain with walking is a common symptom of this disease. I would suggest have a vascular specialist advise you regarding your treatment. Since people with Type 2 diabetes almost always have damage to large blood vessels in the body, I would say that they often are seen together. That is why you need close follow-up of this condition by a doctor that has extensive experience with vasular diseases.
