Hello! Thanks for asking dlife. Yes, people with diabetes can develop myriads of disorders including bone and joint problems. Some contributing factors may be nerve damage, poor circulation, shrinking of muscles, and obesity. I would encourage you to seek and obtain a medical diagnosis for proper treatment. Until then, try applying topical medications to treat your joint pain and stiffness and improve any lifestyle changes to maintain joint and increase mobility.
