Hello,

Thanks for bringing your question to dLife.

Apples and onions, along with other fruits and vegetables contain carbohydrates. If you eat them, then you would need to count the carbohydrates they contain. If you use them solely to add flavor (as you would herbs and spices) and not eat them, then they would not contribute to the total carbohydrate content of your meal.

I think as big as the turkey is likely to be, even the apple won't raise it enough to try to count the carbs in it. Onions we never count for carbs.

Hi onions are pretty low in carb content they wont affect you that much especially as your using them in a turkey.
