It can be highly frustrating and discouraging when everything you do fails to bring relief, and unfortunately, in cases such as yours, there may be multiple answers to find. My first suggestion would be to ask your Doctor about testing for Celiac, if you have not already done so. If tests come back negative, don’t take if to mean that you do not have Celiac or Gluten sensitivity. There is an increasing body of evidence linking Gluten sensitivity to T1 and T2 diabetes. Secondly, I would learn as much as possible about food sensitivities. A good place to start would be a Google search of “Certified LEAP Therapists.” Food sensitivities can cause Gastroparesis and the Gastrointestinal Symptoms you describe, and make you purely miserable. It can take a great deal of courage to tune into your body and become aware of foods that may be contributing to distress, but the rewards are well worth the effort, even if it means limited choice in food. . . And I know from personal experience! Best to you in your search for answers, and Never Give Up!
