Hello,

Thanks for bringing your question to dLife.

What great news! Your hard work is very inspiring! The new meal plan and exercise regimen really helped to improve your blood glucose (sugar) control.

It is not unusual for people with type 2 diabetes to significantly reduce their A1c with aggressive lifestyle changes. You showed that it can be done! Your exercise program change resulted in a change in body composition to more lean tissues. This has improved your insulin sensitivity.

If you continue with your regular physical activity and healthful meal plan, you will also improve your heart health.

Keep up the great work!
