Hello,

Thanks for bringing your question to dLife.

From the nutrition information you provided and on the website, it appears that the drink is not likely to cause problems for most healthy people if only one serving a day is taken as a meal replacement. In addition to protein, it contains other extra nutrients.

Talk with your doctor to determine if the amounts of protein and other nutrients are safe for YOU. Each person's health situation is different. Your doctor has detailed information on you and can tell you if these additional nutrients will have any influence on your health or the medicines that you are taking.

Since you have been sedentary, be sure to increase your .physical activity gradually. Continue to check your blood glucose (sugar) levels to determine how your body responds to your meal and exercise plan.

Take care.
