Thanks for writing dLife. Symptoms of diabetes can certainly be quite different in everyone, and these symptoms often include thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, weakness, hunger, itchy skin and unintentional weight loss, just to name a few. Often people have quite vague symptoms and don't even realize that these signs have anything to do with diabetes. Dizziness can be a sign of many medical conditions, regardless of what is eaten. If blood glucose levels are elevated right after meals, some people do notice changes in how they feel, but that can also be very inconsistent. For the best advice, consult with a physician to make sure that these signs and symptoms are properly evaluated.
