" I live In Ottawa Canada,and my license is up for renewal. I never stated that I was diabetic since I had diabetes. Do you think I will get in trouble"

Dear Stephane:
The main reason you should report being a diabetic on your license, is for safety reasons. In case you are ever involved in an accident (God forbid), or you have a hypoglycemia episode, the police or paramedics will have more information about you when posted on the license. I don't believe you will get in trouble for not reporting it before.
