yes, along with the blackouts im having seizures, first were mild latest was not they have me on tegratol, but it makes me quite nauseous can you help or give me some info is this normal w/reactive hypoglycemia.

Yes, blackouts are serious! I would recommend you contact your neurologist as soon as possible to discuss not only the blackouts, but also your nausea from the tegratol. Some GI symptoms get better after you have been on a medication for awhile, but your physician needs to know about the side effects your are experiencing.
Keep good blood sugar records - check after your black outs and seizure episodes. A pattern may begin to develop or there may be no correlation at all. The only way to know is test - don't guess!
If you have not seen a nutritionist - I highly recommend this. Reactive hypoglycemia is best controlled with a meal plan that includes adequate protein & frequent small meals/snacks.
