"I get a Severe headache and then Bloat up burping and passing gas withing 15 min... the pain is intense. Any ideas? "

My blood sugars are high on average. I am happy if I can get them under 200. The pain is insane If I could move I would go to the ER. I am 5 foot 7 and 190 pounds. I've been on insulin for about 3 months.

Thanks for writing dlife - you don't give me a lot of information to go on. First if your blood sugars are consistently over 200, you are not on enough insulin or on the right insulin at the right time. You don't say if these episodes are daily, certain times of the day, before or after meals. All this is critical information for your physician. Also be sure you are checking blood sugars when you have these episodes. Keep good records & Contact him/her as soon as possible!
