"I am very concerned about my brother. He has diabetes but can not afford the medication and does not have ins. go to the doctor. Where can he gp? "

He is having leg and foot cramps were his feet are being twisted and now he said his bones are hurting from his hip all the way down to his toes. What could it be? He is 50 years old. I am very concerned.

Dear sunshine1965. Thank you for writing in to find assistance for your brother. He appears he really needs to see a physician to have his medical problems diagnosed and treated appropriately. It would be remiss of me to even attempt a diagnosis. That is reserved for a physician. Have you tried your local phone book for a "Free Clinic". If you can't find one, could you call your local hospital and ask to speak to a social worker. They are good resource people to connect people to needed services. That is where I would start.
