"The past 4 to 5 weeks my sugars have been high in the morning about 200s. My eating habits and exercise plan hasn't changed. Do you know any answer?"

I wear an insilin pump and try to watch my carbs. I don't understand why this has been consistent lately.

Thank you so much for your question on dlife. I would recommend seeing your doctor immediately regarding the elevated blood sugars for the past month. There are multiple reasons why your blood sugar could be elevated regardless of diet and exercise. Stress, infection, and increase insulin resistance with age could be just some of the numerous causes of elevated blood sugar. I would also recommend keeping a food and exercise journal so that you can show your doctor.
