Thank-you for contacting dLIfe. Herbal medications like Echinacea are important to report to your physician since it may react to other medications that you are taking. In looking up the supplement sites refer to its lack of effectiveness in autoimmune conditions, HIV, Type 1 diabetes, lupus and AIDS, Discuss with your physician your desire to take herbals and see if you can identify which are the best to help you with your personal needs.
