Hello Kittytuxedo
The buzzing in your ears is most likely a side effect from the aspirin you are on. The side effect is called tinnitus. Some people are very sensitive to aspirin. Let your doctor know you are experiencing this side effect. You can discuss with the doctor the risk VS benefit of the medication. The buzzing may be a minor annoyance or may effect your daily acts of living including sleep. Aspirin is a powerful medication that reduces you risk of circulation problems and heart problems. It can prevent heart attacks. This all has to be taken into consideration when deciding if the buzzing is too much to take.
