Hi and thanks for writing dLife. Your concern is very justified and swollen feet as you describe certainly need to be evaluated by a physician to determine the cause and proper treatment. This can be an important symptom of issues concerning your heart and circulatory system, and /or kidney function. Additionally, tight fitting shoes put additional stress on your feet and skin, which can then lead to sores other foot complications which may be very difficult to treat if proper care is delayed. So please see your physician right away and describe in detail what you are noticing. Additionally, be sure that you are wearing well fitting and high quality foot wear to reduce the risk of diabetic foot problems.
