The over-the-counter diet pills sound very promising. Unfortunately they are not regulated by the FDA. Some has been reported to contain ingredients that are dangerous.
Discuss your weight issues with a registered dietitian. He or she can help you establish a meal and exercise plan that can help you lose weight safely and effectively, as well as control your blood glucose levels.
