Frequent blood glucose monitoring is a very important part of taking care of you diabetes. . . And good sex is dependent on a healthy body and good blood glucose control!
Work towards a goal of average blood glucose levels closer to 6 mmol/L, and make Healthy Choices a part of your life, through use of the Healthy Self-Care Behaviors listed on the left of your screen. Take care of your body, and the rest will follow!
