Symptoms of high or low blood sugars can vary from person to person. It is important to not rely on how you feel to determine abnormal blood sugars, but test your blood sugar when you have symptoms so you can treat it appropriately. The same symptom can occur with either high or low BS at times. Generally symptoms resolve when the blood sugar is back in target.

No headaches, but I do get the bussing when over 130 or under 95. The bussing is constant and does not get louder or quieter as levels change. Diabetes is a (B) then we die

I tend to get the buzzing if BG is over 250, which is more often than I'd like to admit. So, you're not alone in that. I usually only go that high in the morning after breakfast, but it does happen. Haven't figured out how to stop it, except the dreaded exercise. . to lower my BG. Good luck.

When my sugar levels are a little high I also will get a headache. I tend to get a jingle stuck in my head for a long time or start on a path of obsessing about something that I can't make stop until my level starts to go down. I feel sort of like PMS on steriods if you will. Once my level is back within normal it just stops. I only have this if my levels stay kinda high for over a day. Glad to hear that it's not just me. I know that we all get effected by this differently. I am type 1 which just happened almost a year ago and I am 51 years old. The buzzing I don't get. I wonder if your BP is up when your sugar level is. They also will go together.
