The ADA criteria for diagnosing diabetes with OGGT is a fasting BS 126 or higher and a 2 hour BS 200 or higher. You did not state what your fasting BS was, but the 2 hour of 129 is not diagnostic. However with your family history and previous gestational diabetes you are at significant risk and may be in the prediabetes stage based on your 30 & 60 minutes readings. Your A1C is in the normal range at this point. I would definitely view this as a window of opportunity to make life style changes regarding your meal plan, weight loss if needed and especially adding daily activity (at least 30 minutes 5-6 days per week). Studies show this prevents diabetes from developing in over 50% of the people. Get your blood sugar retested at regular intervals. I would also recommend doing self blood glucose monitoring. You may not need to do this daily, but keeping an eye on your fasting blood sugar & 2 hours after your biggest meal a few times per week, would provide you valuable information. Stay vigilant!
