Yes, prediabetes in not diabetes. It is a time when the blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. As a former insurance agent if they find info on your medical records and it says even prediabetic they make a blood draw and rate the policy up. You did not state what your bs currently run.
