"if there are natural options to neuropathy what are they i have had neuropathy in my feet for about 2 yrs numbness and stabbing pains what can i do "

There are some natural, or non-presecription therapies for neuropathy. Medication and biofeedback techniques have been used, as well as topical homeopathic products such as Neuragen(R), which is a blend of natural plant extracts. Vitamins have also been helpful in some cases. Check with your healthcare team to see hat is best for you.

Through my own experience I have found taking Super B Complex along with Omega 3 vitiamins have greatly helped. Doseage varies depending upon your results. It must be a Super B Complex. Regular B is not sufficient
