"What exactly are white cells in urine specimen? There is no bacteria at this time.I was on antibiotics after urethoscopy but am now recovered."

Dear domenica, White cells are the body's infection fighters. You said you had an infection and took antibiotics. It appears as if the antibiotics worked and the infection is gone. You still have some of the infection fighter cells in your urine. I wouldn't worry about it. Did you discuss your urine test results with your doctor? That may also help to relieve your anxiety.
