"I have swelling of my ankels and sometimes puffiness of hands and eyes. my left leg and ankel swell more then right ankel and leg. is this a concern"

my left foot is slightly numb all the time. blood levels are always in 3 and 400s never lower

Thanks for writing dLife. Your question is very important. Swelling of ankles and puffiness of hands and eyes are symptoms of water retention. This can be due to heart and/or kidney problems and you should seek medical attention as soon as you can. Additionally with blood sugar levels in the ranges that you state, your body is under significant stress and the symptoms you describe must be evaluated my a medical professional. Please don't delay seeking care as soon as possible!
