Yes, I have some resources to suggest that maybe of help, (no guarantees but sources to pursue).
First priority, get back to the basics :
Goal ranges for blood glucose: before meals 90-130, and post meals, try NOT to exceed 140-170mg/dl or per your personal care physicians goal ranges. A small frequent meal approach might help.
ABCs of Diabetes: A1C<7%, BP<130/80,HDL>50, LDL<100, Tgs<150,
Resources: PhRMA, (202)835-3400 or www.helpingpatients.org, NCMHHD(301)402-1366 orwww.ncmhd.nih.gov, or www.cdc.gov/omh or (404)498-2320, or www.afb.org or (202)454-6400, www.nfb.com,(410)659-9314, or www.ncpad.org , (800)-900-8086 or www.lighthouse.org (800) 829-0500.
