Dear jaymejackson

It is not a problem to keep a 90 day supply, just be sure to reorder it in a timely fashion, so you do not stop taking your medication. Unopened syringes of Byetta should be kept in their box and stored in the refrigerator at 36° - 46°F until you are ready to use them. Be sure they are not frozen and if they do freeze they must be discarded. Once open a Byetta pen may be stored at room temperature but needs to be discarded after 30 days, even if there is additional medication in the syringe. You should also check for the expiration date and do not use any medication after the expiration date. Also as a precaution remove the needle after each use, as the medication may leak out of the syringe. Regards,
