"i was diagnose type 2 diabetes 4 yrs ago as soon as i take meds metformin i developed a rashed & itchy skin can you give me adviced what i need to do."

Some patients are allergic to medications and this allergy is manifested as itch or rash. You may need to change medication or perhaps just change the brand of medication you take. Many companies make metformin and the dye or excipients in the tablet may be what is bothering you.
