Hello yolanarivas
I am concerned that you could be over exercising, Ammonia is a byproduct of the breakdown of protein, It could be a result of losing muscle mass instead of fat. If protein is being broken down, this could damage your kidneys. I strongly recommend that you see your medical provider and get labs drawn. You may be causing more trouble than helping if you are over doing the exercise.
