Although there are some of all of the products you mention, when it comes to neuropathy, the number one thing you can do is to manage your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Have had good luck with Zostrix Neuropathy Cream for my mother in law. Zostrix also has an arthritis cream so don't get confused. The Neuropathy Cream is in a big blue box near the meters and test strips in Walgreens and CVS. This cream has no odor which I found to be a real problem with some other products. The pain relief increases as you use the product everyday for several days so keep up with it. In the long run it should help. Good luck.

I have been diagnosed as Type2 since April of 2009. Currently, my A1C is 6.6 and I am on no medication, however have been told that I will probably have to have some in the near future. The thing that has bothered me the most is Neuropathy. I have it in my feet as well as my fingertips. I also have degenerative arthritis as other medical problems which may or may not be affecting the Neurpoathy, It seemed like it took forever to get help for it, and the help came from my Rheumatologist. He prescribed Gabapentin and Tramadol. It helps, but there are still times when it burns so badly that I can hardly stand it. The only relief I have gotten is as follows. I hope it will afford you some relief, as it did for me. There is a creme you can purchase, over the counter, called Diabet Aid. It contains 5 moisturizers which help relieve dry skin, and the active ingredient is Capsicum oleoresin , Also I use Watkins Peppermint Rejuvenating Foot Cream , which is carried by Albertson'[s. It is cooling where as the capsicium feels like heat. In either case, I have found that I have to wash it off when the pain receeds, as the amount left on the feet or legs, is bothersome after about a hour. Do not touch your eyes when using the capsicum based product, but wash hands well after application I have also found that walking on my carpet barefoot, can start the pain in a hurry. I have found socks I can wear for comfort. NOT a small feat, when your feet burn. Walmart carries Aloe infused socks , which have helped me immensely to soften and soothe. I feel like I am getting "rug-burn' from my carpet. That may be just my own experience, but after the pain stops, I then wash my feet in warm water and a mild soap, and dry well, especially between the toes. The pain will wake me up in the middle of the night, and this has been about the only thing that helps other than the meds, which also help some. I read that Zostrix , over the counter is also good.Haven't tried it
