"My grandaughter sugar today were 128 and yesterday 224 what should levels be for her age."

female child age 6 years old, type 2 non insulin been has low has 92 doesnt really eat much because cranky when hungry her mood changes fast seems hungry alot but isnt gaining weight.

The blood sugar range that will keep a patient with diabetes healthy should be given to you by your doctor. That being said, a normal blood glucose should generally be between 80-120. Higher numbers are seen after eating and the lower ranges should be fasting in the morning. If blood sugars are over 200 as you indicated, treatment is probably necessary in the form of medication, diet and/or exercise. Keep blood sugar logs and the time you take blood sugars so that your doctor can evaluate these.
