I am gaining weight. I take 150 lantus night , 65 lantus morning, 35 humlin u-500 r each meal and actos 30 mg morning. Also what is a good way to get number better 2 hours after meals? That's when the doctor says it is higher.

Certainly getting blood sugars in good control will help the rest of your body get in balance and getting pregnant should be easier. If you exercise consistantly, your two hour post-prandial levels should go down. Check with your health care team for the right type of exercise for you.
