I have been using using cymbalta for over a month and have lost 12 pounds. As for being tired, the Dr. gave me Provivgil to help keep me awake.
It is taking time though for the cymbalta to really help with the pain, but I like the loss of appetite!

Most times cymbalta is prescribed for neuropathy pain and depression. One of its side affects is weight loss but that is not its prmary use. I found all I did was sleep while I was on it I guess that could cause you to lose if you werent up to eat.
