You did not include information on your initial body weight and health status. How are you feeling? Any problems with fatigue or hunger? Did you also include regular exercise in your weight loss plan?
Without details of your medical condition, it is difficult to respond. In general, losing between 1-2 pounds per week on the average is generally acceptable. Gradual weight loss is encouraged. It allows the body to adjust to the weight change as well as prevent regain.
