Orgasm is in part related to proper blood flow, and in patients with diabetes sometimes circulation is a problem. I would check this out with your doctor, as there are medications and tecniques that will help increase blood flow. Nerve issues can also be involved but really need to be evaluated by your health care team. Once the cause has been determined, proper treatment can begin.
