Dear texasrader, Yes, all forms of diabetes can cause erectile dysfunction. How is it treated? That is something that you need to discuss with your doctor. You might be referred to a urologist for treatment. There are many options such as pills, implants, devices to cause errections, etc. Don't feel embarrassed to bring up this subject. It is actually very common.
