Mentanx is a prescription vitamin blend used to help stop inflammation and keep neuropathy in check. In many studies it has shown good results and appears safe. Perhaps your body needs to get used to it and the tingling may subside. If you are looking for natural topical products you can try Neuragen(R). It is over the counter.
