Levitra can be taken 1 hour before intercourse. You should not drink grapefruit juice when taking these medications as it may interfere with their effectiveness. There are also some devices that may be used to help sustain an erection. I am not aware of any effective natural products. If your health care provider does not know the options available to you, request a referral to an urologist who can demonstrate various devices.
