Hello healthymamma1 (love that!),
High blood sugars can make your vision blurry temporarily, and often people with diabetes find that as their blood sugars become better controlled, this blurriness is reduced or goes away. Low blood sugars can also cause blurry vision, so it’s important to become familiar with the symptoms of high and low blood sugar, and more importantly, to test blood sugars regularly.

There are also eye complications that are caused by long-term high blood sugars. You may wish to refer to the ADA website for more information. www.diabetes.org/type-1-diabetes/eye-care.jsp
