Dear Nervous and Frustrated,
I see by the date on your question that you have now most likely seen the educator. I am sorry that we did not reach you before while you were worrying about what to eat. Hopefully you found information listed on the dLife website helpful regarding gestational diabetes and were able to find some other resources. I assume that you were seen by a registered dietitian/certified diabetes educator and that they created an individualized meal plan for you.
