"I have type2 and after I have sex I notice that I have redness on my penis. Is this related to my diabetes?"

While I have never heard of this, I would not want to say it cannot happen. As you are probably aware, very few people, men or women, feel comfortable enough with their physician to ask sexually related questions. I would recommend you speak to your family physician about this, or even make arrangements to see an urologist, as they are the physicians who deal with sexually related problems in men. The more typical sexually related problems are premature ejaculation, inability to get or maintain an erection, not having an erection firm enough to penetrate, or the inability to have an orgasm.
