Many people with diabetes, both men and women, experience sexual problems. The problems you mention are not uncommon among women with diabetes. Women who are approaching or have completed menopause also have these same issues. You should discuss the possibility of using hormones, oral and/or topical, with your gynecologist. As far as I know, Viagra has not been an effective treatment for women.
