"My doctor gave me a recommendation of a 30 carb breakfast, 15 carb snack, 60 carb lunch, 15 carb snack, a 60 carb dinner and then another 15 carb snack. Am I supposed to eat that much per meal or is that just the maximum amount that I am allowed?? My ranges are supposed to 60-120 and an hour after my meals my blood sugar is as high as 186. Should I eat more or less?"

During pregnancy you need an adequate carbohydrate intake to provide energy for your baby to grow and develop. If you do not eat enough carbohydrates you will end up in ketosis( by product from fat breakdown) which is dangerous for you and the baby. Your sugars are not in the range, so you need to tell your doctor. You may need to be on insulin.
